Over 50 Courses to choose from!

Introductory

Assertiveness 101

This course helps participants break free from people-pleasing habits, teaching them to set healthy boundaries, ask for what they need, and confidently say “no” to protect their well-being and relationships.

Sammy

Introductory

Sending Messages for Friends and Fortune

I’m going to share how posting can lead to getting a job and some of the underdiscussed pitfalls of having the potential for more good friends than you can keep up with and the
downsides of pursuing your passions.

Pranab

Playing with Posture and Speech

Enact different slices of social scenarios by trying on different postures and tone in groups. We will then reflect together on what it’s like in a more “lab-like” environment to explore what effects our communication can have on each other.
